exported sql dumps can't be imported

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. export a database to sql
2. try to import it
3. error message will be "Error in query: 'HY000 - 1 - near "a": syntax error'"

I'm using v1.9.4, Debian

error in export file is this:

a total of 1113 rows-- Data dump for posts, 20
----

Thanks for reporting this issue. The fault was introduced with issue #135 (multi-language-support).

I just fixed it in svn.
