Security problems (low): #249

Features: #251 (SQL tab query history), #204 (optionally show long texts completely), #136 (upgrade notifications), #79 solved partly (dropping primary keys)

Code improvements: #193, #234, #244

Requirements: At least PHP 5.2.0 is required now
