Display records in a chart/graph instead of list

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 30 ``` This is just an enhancement for the near future. Under the "Browse" tab for a table, instead of showing the records in the generic list form, there will be an option to show them in a graph.

For example, the values of a certain field could be graphed in a line chart or bar chart to show a more visual representation of the table's data. There is a multitude of ways of showing data in different types of graphs. This will be implemented shortly.
