First line is LF while all other lines are CRLF

This actually seems to be with 1.9.6 as well, but I noticed it with 1.9.7.
Here's a screenshot from BBEdit which shows the upside down question mark for CR but not for the first line:

build.php: removing build comments ended the first line with LF only. Now, it ends with CRLF, as all other lines. This fixes issue

I fixed the build script. The dev-version is already built using the new build script: http://www.phpliteadmin.org/phpliteadmin-dev.zip You can see that the first line ends with CRLF as expected now.

I didn't set it to major, guess that was default.

Right. Seems to be an issue of our build script (build.php). I will have a look into it and correct it for the next release. Why do you consider this a major bug?
