Cannot drop table

``` I am on version 1.8.6 and I cannot confirm this bug. This never happens for me. I have PHP 5.3.2 with Suhosin-Patch, SQLite3, PDO, Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS.

The table drops just fine.

Nevertheless, it was a situation that after happy confirmation of table deletion it stays in a list. ```
