Wrong unit for database size

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 92 ``` What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Go to the database overview page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to see Size of database: 300 KB, because they are kilobytes. I see Size of database: 300 Kb instead, which are kilobits.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.9.1 on Linux 2.6.32
