Mapping Special Commodore keys
Don't know what keys are used for the commodore special keys? ie RUN STOP or RESTORE or C=
It would be nice if you had the ability to map out the special keys or add a virtual key board?
Attached is an example of the need to press then commodore key c=. The key is suppose to show the greets and the main menu. Please fix....

First click C64 configuration in control menu. There is a dropdown menu, where you can select each supported input device, like Joypad, Mouse and Keyboard. Last entry is Keyboard, so select it. Now you can see the actual assignment for each single buttons. If you are not satisfied with some assignments, simply double click them. This prompts you to remap this button. Even joypad controls could be mapped to C64 keyboard.
Please tell me if it works for you and i will close this ticket.

reporter This works perfectly, but the ability to pulldown a virtual keyboard would be a nice add-on feature
-
repo owner What do you mean by “pulldown a virtual keyboard“ ?
An image of a keyboard, where you can press button by mouse click ?
