Stop window from minimizing when becoming inactive in fullscreen mode

See title. On a two monitor setup this is very annoying when using for example a documentation on the second monitor.

I’d love to test it, Is there a compiled version? Can’t build from source right now.

Ok got it to build now. Tested on Windows 7. Works like charm in direct3d / opengl fullscreen mode.
Not in exclusive fullscreen, but I guess that’s to be expected.

yes exclusive fullscreen can not share resources to other processes
