Media buttons for Tape control?

Idea! 💡
Use media keys on laptop/desktop keyboard to Play/Stop and FF, RW? Tried to reconfigure them as in description but doesn’t seem to recognize keys correctly (FF, RW act as Play/Stop. Play and Stop do work):

(Stop = LCtrl+Play function in the picture above).

For completeness I am on a laptop so I have to press Fn+Fkey (they have double function and work also also as: F2:RW, F3:Play/Pause, F4:FF).
