Whitelist/Blacklist/Operators seems to be somewhat broken

Reports suggests that the whitelist/blacklist and operator functionality is broken after the new update. Im not sure if it has anything to do with the new UUID retrieval API, but i will have to look into it ASAP

White/Black/Operator UUID API retrieval now gets a correctly formatted UUID. Fixes #16
