World Deletion Permissions and more World Problems

Hi! I believe permissions for some directories need to be reviewed and adjusted.

Unable to delete a world. Upon beginning deletion, the overall page refreshes with event notices flash very quickly and the page completes refreshing. It's pretty quick. Looking at the log would be needed to see the error reports.

The attached files should be helpful. At least, I hope they're helpful. XD

I decided to test some things out tonight with the world handling, and I've noticed that if i upload a world, that is not a spigot world, on a spigot server, the world is not shown, even though it is uploaded correctly. Since Spigot is able to convert vanilla worlds automatically, those uploaded worlds should be shown, BUT i do not think this is the case the other way around (spigot worlds on a vanilla server)

Bug found when trying to upload worlds on the automatically created server. This is due to the fact that this happens outside craftbian, and therefore another owner of files, hence when CraftBian tries to do anything with the server, like upload a new world to it, a permission denied warning is shown, and the upload fails
