Pressing the New button on the Server page, will make server creation not work

If the user presses the "New" button to the right of the Server selection on the Servers page, a correctly filled out server form wont get stored as seen by the Name not appearing in the list.

Changed New input button to link instead to prevent server creation bug. Fixes #27
