Create CraftBian 2 hint box on the about page

Daniel Jørgensen repo owner created an issue

Add a box on the About page which discretely shows the user that CraftBian 2 is in development and also explains that CraftBian 1 is no longer being maintained, but that all CraftBian 1 users will get CraftBian 2 for free.
