Raspberry Pi 4 Compatability

Testing for Craftbian on a Raspberry Pi 4 concluded that the RPi 4 architecture was changed significantly enough to not allow the use of Craftbian.

Please research and resolve compatibility for the RPi4 to allow the use of Craftbian on the hardware.
