Hardware compatability for Raspberry Pi model 3B+

Testing for Craftbian on a Raspberry Pi 3B+ concluded that the RPi 3B+ architecture was changed significantly enough to not allow the use of Craftbian.

Please research and resolve compatibility for the RPi 3B+ to allow the use of Craftbian on the hardware.
