could the search routine highlight the search criteria in results eg if i search for a shooter all the data comes up but i have to find the shooter. be nice if name was highlighted in some way.

Also. a compare facility so i could say type in two shooters names and compare the progress scores. this would be good for clubs that award "most improved shooter" award at club level

1. There will be a dedicated shooter search soon - I hope this will solve the first problem
2. How would you like the improvement to be measured? Over the season? Last 3 months vs previous 3 months? Any other ideas?
