About release

Issue #165 closed

Hello,

I see you have released the plugin today, thanks.

  1. Do you plan to publish the release on jmeter-plugins ? I can do it if you want
  2. Shouldn’t you have a release.md page showing features of each new version ? You could point to it in your Twitter announcement ? Currently it is hard to see what a new version contains no ? Alternatively you could create version in issues , a search link would show release content

Thanks

    Hi Philippe,

    1. Sure.
    2. Good suggestion. Btw. there is no “version” field in Bitbucket issues, is there?

    Thanks
    Peter

    Apparently, there is, just had to enable it in the settings. That’s what i’m gonna use. Thanks for the hint.

    thanks for feedback. Regarding point 1, do you want me to do it or will you do it ? (Sure is a bit confusing 🙂 )

    I’m working on it. Do you know whether i need to add commons-io in the “depends” section?

    The json used to be like this:

      "1.2.7": {
        "changes": "Fixed bug about not correctly reading frame, that sometimes occurred on heavy load in combination with short read timetouts",
        "downloadUrl": "<https://search.maven.org/remotecontent?filepath=net/luminis/jmeter/jmeter-websocket-samplers/1.2.7/jmeter-websocket-samplers-1.2.7.jar",>
        "depends": [
          "jmeter-core"
        ]
      }

    Is that ok, or should i add “commons-io” to the depends clause?

    Regards
    Peter
