Getting Error - Received: Close frame with status code null and close reason 'null'

Hi,

Same test plan is working fine lower environments, but for PROD, getting below exception.

Sampler - Get started with IT,Sampler error: unexpected frame type., Received: Close frame with status code null and close reason 'null', RTM Channel 1-6,,false,Response was null,244,349,2,2,0,0,77
