fragmentation of outgoing websocket messages in samplers

For use cases where bigger amount of data needs to be sent over the websocket, it would be useful to configure the outgoing message fragmentation e.g. when the server impose a limit of maximum size of fragment/message.

The configuration would ideally allow enable/disable the fragmentation and set the size limit.
