This is a wiki of the Helium programming language. Note that the language is currently under development, so it may change with little notice.

At the moment, the wiki has two versions. The earlier one matches the version of the language that accompanied the Abstracting Algebraic Effects paper (which was presented at POPL2019) and can be found here. Subsequently, we made significant changes to the language in order to allow for lexically scoped effect instances, which are discussed in Binders by Day, Labels by Night (to be presented at POPL2020); the revised wiki can be found here.
