Bitbucket API no longer working

As per this notification https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/bitbucket/deprecation-notice-v1-apis/ it looks like Bitbuckets v1 API is now deprecated. Although it says it would be switched off last April, it was working for me last week. It is no longer working though so looks like they have finally decommissioned it.

An update to the graham-campbell/bitbucket package is required in order to use the v2 API with updated endpoints.
