Homepage V1 banners not visible

I uploaded specific dimensional banner graphic according the home page version, in my case v1 - 1920x563. The image is barely visible, I can see only a sliver of it on top as shown in the image. I tried different home page versions with the specific sized images and the result is the same.

It does not impact shopping cart functionality but the website is unusable because none of the homepage graphics show.
