LinkedIn API v1 is deprecated

Issue #36 new
Sven Burkert created an issue

You use LinkedIn API v1 (https://api.linkedin.com/v1/) but this API is deprecated since May 1, 2019 (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/consumer/integrations/self-serve/migration-faq).

The scheduler jobs throws this error:

pb_social - flexform 116887 on page 181 tab linkedin: 1558516424 get_updates failed. Client error: `GET https://api.linkedin.com/v1/companies/xxx/updates?format=json` resulted in a `410 Gone` response: { "errorCode": 0, "message": "This resource is no longer available under v1 APIs", "requestId": "xxx", "s (truncated...) (msg#4.0.32767)

Is there something new regarding this issue? Can we use LinkedIn as described in the readme file?

I have the same problem. I need LinkedIn which does not work because of the outdated API. When will that be fixed?
