Sketch.It! always receives IndexNotReadyException since upgrading to IDEA 19.11.1

it appears that some methods receives IndexNotReadyException. The plugin cannot succeed the following message is displayed: "'Sketch It! (Generate UML diagrams) is not available while IDEA is updating indices'"
The defect described here seems to be a regression as it did not occur in previous versions of IDEA (last tested: 2018.3.5) and does occur in version 2019.11.1
