no `sketch it ` item under `tools` menu item

Former user created an issue

I've downloaded the latest version. but after the installation and restart. there is no sketch it item under tools.

I was about to reverse engineering php code in my phpstorm

    Strange, I’ve never seen such problem.

    Are you using an “old” version of Idea? What is or OS?
