wrong representation of classes in your Packages layout (related to Issue #32)

Hi,

with your solution in Issue #32, the diagram doesn’t show class A:

the correct way is to include all classes in the sames namespace like this:

Same here. Do you know if there’s any work around (that doesn’t involve altering the generated diagram)?
