Add Option To Generate In A Different Directory

At the moment the UML files are created in the same directory as the classes.

I generally keep my diagrams in a “docs” directory.

I would like the option to save the generated files in a different directory.

I would also like the option to generate them in a flat structure instead of in the class hierarchy.
