This is my README
Run a chess engine over ssh remotely. Works with any chess gui supporting UCI chess engines. Also works with ChessBase GUIs.
You have to be able to login to the remote machine via ssh-keys. Run PuTTY's
pageant.exe and load your private key.
So next time you login to your remote host, no password is needed.
For more information see this tutorial about how login via ssh-keys.
Download the prebuilt win32 binary from here
Build from source
- Qt5 (probably Qt4 also works)
- compile with
qmake && make
- Edit ChessBridge.ini which should be self-explaining.
- Copy the executable to your chess engine directory
- In your GUI add a new UCI engine. Select the ChessBridge executable.
