Ongoing Vivaldi issues

Mature and political filters don’t appear to be working, but no errors are showing up in the console. Also, as stated originally in #25, webm videos don’t stop playing when they are closed, but when the pause button is clicked, the video is stopped and closed (when it should just be paused but not closed)
