I called them back to discuss my options, they informed me that there was an error and they did have the items in stock and for the inconvenience they were going to expedite the shipping and I would have the parts by Thursday. I received the rest of the parts and yet again they sent me the wrong brand and and it was damaged. I tracked the order and the part arrived in the UPS store near me on Friday Nov. I am not willing to waste time on the repair again with their low quality parts they do not stand behind. I ordered a part on Monday and paid the 45 dollars for the expedited shipping and they guaranteed it on Wednesday.
Customer service is everything, so I can see why they are receiving such bad reviews. Top rate manufacturing and sealed in plastic. However, I have never come across this issue with any other online merchant in all my years of online shopping. I will be posting another review once I get the part I ordered noting its condition and quality. Mean while I have a vehicle at a mechanics shop tore apart awaiting parts, this was by far nothing short of a joke dealing with these people.
