Set XP-MULTIPLIER=100.0 in cfg

Kill an NPC near Mos Eisley while you are about the same level

You will only gain 1x XP and not 100x

This does not apply to the admin command /setExperience, which I kept as un-multiplied to allow a debugging to be more precise
