There’s a general glancing blow chance skillmod, one against melee and one against ranged.

Can only come into play if the attack isn’t a critical hit, which means that should be determined first.

There are 3 Glancing Blows

• Glancing Blow: works for inc melee and ranged attacks. this is the common Glancing Blow skillmod/stat you have as base attribute and via expertise (like Jedi)
• Glancing Blow (Melee): Works only for inc melee attacks. Higher stat possible (as powerup and RE item)
• Glancing Blow (Ranged): Works only for inc ranged attacks. Higher stat possible (as powerup and RE item)
