Devastation

Devastation increases the damage of the weapon for this attack. The maximum damage of the weapon becomes the new minimum and the new maximum is 150% of the new minimum.

Devastation can only be rolled for heavy weapons (AoE) and flamethrower-style weapons (CoE).

It’s rolled very early in the process, and you can roll both a Devastation and a Critical hit together.
