Mads Boddum created an issue 2018-03-04

The datatable gcw/pvp_zones contains the static PvP zones. Add ability to dynamically register and unregister PvP zones. Battlefields will need this, and they are not in the list!

The zone handling etc will need to happen in FactionFlagService, so it can block status changes while inside them.
