Bio-linking an item binds it to the one performing the link. The item can be traded, but it cannot be used by anyone else.

StaticItemService needs to apply bio-link attributes when specified.

If the bio-link attribute on an item is present and the value is unlinked, then the radial option for bio-linking it should appear. You can't do anything with an item that's unlinked!
