For more proper distribution with some Linux distributions (namely ArchLinux), which will otherwise have to split the README "manually".
I'd also suggest making the license a proper "CC0" license instead of a pseudo-public domain one that may or may not be valid in several jurisdictions. :) (Just give the word, and I'll change the LICENSE to be CC0 for you.)
