[FR] add the rules and some patterns in menu

This is the one of 2 free and open source apps of Game of line and the other of seems dead (last update 7 years ago). I would really like the rules of the game (I know it is on Wikipedia but having nearby is more useful) and some beginners pattern in the menu. Maybe add importing patters.
