How to use postman to provide a private message framework to all registered users of a website

I am building a website, where I would like to give the facility for all the users to send personal messages to each other. I know postman is the right app for this, and I have also installed it but I do not know how to link it with each user.

There is not much documentation about that as well. Can anybody point me to the right direction.
