reply_to_pk not updated ok for deleted messages

I have a conversetion of 3 messages for example. If I delete the last message only, that one will go to Trash. After that if I want to see that conversation I can still see that deleted message. This is not a problem, and I can color it differently too. The problem is if I want to reply to that conversation when the last message is in Trash I will receive a not-found error :d.

Problem is confirmed.

Probably there is another one: if 1) you display a folder (inbox) 'by message', 2) go to the view of a message, 3) ask for the delete, then if that message is involved in a conversation, it is the whole conversation that is marked as deleted, not the displayed message only.

I created the issue #16 for the other mentioned problem.

This one will be resolved by being able to reply only to the last *non-deleted* received message of the conversation, if any.
