make use of Java-script optional

By default, the use of java-script is mandatory to use the delete / archive / mark as read or as unread functions.

A lot of people use No-Script Plugin and are confused at not being able to use these functions.

Please detail this supposed use, as there is no javascript in the app (except special cases related to the Admin or the ajax_select autocompletion).
