Merit cards

Add possibility to mark merit cards. When fighting a hydra or elemental war fight, the merit card should recieve bonus HP and attack. When fighting a demon, you should get 8k extra merit per merit card in your deck per fight.

Got an unhandled exception error if I set Elemental War merit cards but left Hydra merit cards empty.
