No longer fits for EPSDOT parameters

When trying to fit for EPS1DOT or EPS2DOT I get a warning that there are no methods for fitting the parameters even though the derivatives are coded in T2 and ELL1 models.

I'm assuming the problem must be in the new t2fit function.
