including relativistic aberration causes errors

The new fitting routines fall over when using a par file with aberration parameters included:

[t2fit.C:1141] ERROR: No methods for fitting parameter param_a0 (64) [t2fit.C:1141] ERROR: No methods for fitting parameter param_b0 (65)
