CONSTRAINTfuncs does not correctly count the number of actual fit parameters. Works for DMMODEL and QIFUNC at the moment.

This should be resolved when newfit is used, but currently does not support global fitting.

I have fixed many of the problems. Should now work for QIFUNC and DMMODEL
