Tempo2 can't show pre-fit residuals versus frequency

When I try to plot pre-fit residuals versus frequency with Tempo2,it shows a error below

What happened actually?I really appreciate your help.

    Hello - hard to tell without more information. Is it possible that all your ToAs have the same frequency? In this case the plotting will fail and show these blank axes instead.
