hot boot gpio enable

I guess this may be related to the scripting engine but the ability to hold a controller button on boot to enable a gpio pin.

This would be handy for booting another hdd or selecting a video mode from my upcomming avip board.

Added ability to detect button presses on Xbox controller for A, B, X, Y, Black and white buttons in script engine. No directionnal pad, analog stick or trigger however.
