I'd never seen an Atmel TSOP on an Xbox motherboard but @SS_Dave on ogxbox.com wrote about them and recently posted this picture.- https://postimg.cc/HcN1QJqh. Found on a 1.4 motherboard 256KB (2Mbits) in size.

Make that flashtypes.h
