ReactOS loader ?
Does not hurt to ask, as far as I was aware the project was dumped before the special modified loader got released to the public.
would be cool to play around with.

reporter Currently there is a GSOC proposal specifically relayed to getting the ReactOS kernel working on the Xbox both as a desktop format and as a possible open source kernel that will run retail games.
As unlikely as this may be in the near future it would be cool.

repo owner I saw the news a couple of days ago. I didn't think they could pull off running retail Xbox games on ReactOS.
As XBlast OS is mainly geared toward configuring Xbox console and launching a hacked BIOS, integrating ReactOS loader capabilities falls out of the scope of this project for now. Just like loading the Linux kernel. However, if retail games can be run on it at some point, it could be worth it to integrate it then.

Usage of cromwell in ReactOS was somewhat limited. It's only there to boot a more capable kernel. I've checked around the source code a little and there doesn't seem to be anything of value to XBlast OS in it.
