cpu detection on dash

ability to show the cpu parameters on dash or in system info somewhere.

    Added CPU speed detection. Displaying result in MHz at the top of the main screen. Returned values are rounded to the closest possible value. From experimentation, there is a +/- 1MHz error margin in calculations. Possible output values are [700, 733, 740, 1000, 1400,1480] MHz.

    Tested on Stock CPU and 1.4GHz trusty just fine.
