flash xblast os to tsop causes boot from lpc with d0 removed

Issue #51 resolved

I assume I will need to preform a tsop d6 recovery?

I get flash type ff trying to flash with chip removed after booting from tsop xblast image with chip fitted.

I don't know how successful this will be as the flash images are so different?

Recovery using d6 or m7 will likely not work. In the next few days, I will try to come up with a special version of XBlast OS you can flash on a user bank that will enable TSOP recovery when a cromwell-based BIOS is flashed on it.

MCPX init values extracted from SmartXX OS image were the cause. Somehow, the checks to validate a BIOS image by the MCPX are different depending if you boot from TSOP or LPC... This check happens even before X-Code execution; when MCPX reads init values from BIOS file from offset 0x00 to 0x80.

I reverted the "faulty" value to it's original state but I need to make more tests to see if it breaks universal xbox revision compatibility!
